- First go to your state food department website https://fcsca.gujarat.gov.in/
- Find a link like Add Member to Ration Card or Add Name to Ration Card

- Fill the required information in the form like your name ration card number child’s name date of birth residential proof aadhaar card number etc.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents along with your application.
- Pay the application fee.
- Submit an application.
- After submitting the application you will receive an application number you can use this application number to check the status of your application.
- Once the application is verified the child’s name will be added to your ration card This process usually takes 10 to 15 days.
