Lakhs of families in Gujarat will get their dream home today: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch and stamp 1,31,454 such gold coins through virtual means today, February 10. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will also be present in this program to be held at Disa. The Prime Minister will also have a virtual dialogue with the beneficiaries of the housing scheme on this occasion.
Lok Sabha MP CR Patel will have a special presence in this program at Disa. Parbatbhai Patel and Bharat Singh Dabhi and Rajya Sabha MP Babubhai Desai will also be present in this program as special guests. 115 rural constituencies and 67 urban constituencies of Gujarat i.e. total 182 assembly constituencies will participate in the historic program of Awas Arpan.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in 2015 to provide affordable houses to poor and middle class families living in urban and rural areas of the country.
In the last nine years, lakhs of families of the country have got their dream house under this scheme and their standard of living has also increased. This Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has also been successfully implemented in the state of Gujarat and compared to other states of the country, this scheme is the leader in Gujarat.
The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the resolution of a developed India @2047 in Amrit Card by the time the country’s centenary is celebrated in 2047. He has also aimed to provide decent housing to all the people of the country.

Moving forward in this direction, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, the construction work of more than 13.42 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been completed in the state, out of which a total of 8.28 lakh paso under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural have been completed.
